CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. No refunds 📌 No-Shows • If you do not show up to your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited. • A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. 📌 Late Policy • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited. 📌 Rescheduling • You may reschedule your appointment once using the same deposit, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
